We are always more than we think we are. Employing a coach to help unlock my potential was the best thing I ever did. Its what made me want to join the gang and get qualified. I’ve been coaching for 15 years now, and I love it. Check out my Coaching Guides page for some free resources
One to one, I’ve supported people ‘at home’ set and reach their goals in a variety of areas, from dealing with anxiety, changing careers, learning to sing or developing performance skills, getting on better with colleagues and speaking in public. Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to book a session.
Most recently, I’ve trained as an Executive Functioning Coach working with Connections in Mind, an organisation bringing neuroscience to the coaching toolkit supporting people with ADHD and other neurodiversities.
In organisations, I’ve worked on a range of coaching projects including Leadership Development programmes for young Disabled graduates looking to kick start their career; supporting line managers develop teams and executives develop workable strategies and implementation plans.
